Engine-off Air and Coolant heating by Webasto
Air & Coolant Heaters
Webasto air heaters offer an ideal solution for operator comfort, increased productivity, safety and mission readiness for a wide variety of vehicles and machinery. Drawing in ambient air, the Webasto air heater passes it over a high efficiency heat exchanger, which then discharges the heated air into the cab and warming the interior. This extends the work day, saves fuel, as well as reducing engine hours, maintenance costs and exhaust emissions.
Webasto coolant heaters bring the engine to optimum operating temperature, as well as the option to heat the cab and hydraulic fluids, even before starting the work day. This allows the operator to begin working immediately, rather than idling during startup, breaks and load times. The result is a pre-heated engine and interior. Pre-heating the engine reduces emissions and significantly improves DPF performance.

EV Battery Solutions

HEPA
High-efficiency particulate air filters (HEPA) are critical in the prevention of the spread of airborne bacterial and viral organisms. In addition to ridding the cabin air of bacteria, the HEPA filter can greatly reduce the amount of worksite dust and particulate matter, providing a much cleaner work environment for the operator.
The Webasto HFT 300 is capable of removing 99.995% of airborne particulates. The Webasto HEPA filtration system combines two main features to reduce viral loads in ambient air: a high air volume flow and a high removal efficiency of HEPA 14 filters. Each unit complies with the International HEPA Filter standards WHO / CDC / ECDC, requiring 60 air changes per hour for infection control.
